Hello, I’m Jazz. As Founder and Resident here at Havana Suites Havanese, I can tell you that a hotel isn't about mints on the pillow; it's about the pillow itself. I’m the one who taught my humans that a house isn't a home without a 'pillow that cuddles back,' and that is exactly why we exist.

 

My job as Head of Hospitality is to oversee the amenities for the new pups. They get the five-star treatment: raised in-home with non-stop love. The goal is simple: to make sure every puppy who leaves here is ready to be the devoted, velvet-soft heart of your home, just as I've been for mine for 16 wonderful years.
